Bottle Neck Size Confirmation

Send us your bottle drawing, neck finish number (e.g. GPI 28-400), or a physical bottle sample. We confirm T/E/H dimensions against our caps with gauges, so the closure matches your bottle exactly — no guessing by diameter alone.

Cap Size Confirmation

Based on the confirmed neck, we recommend the cap structure: ROPP, screw, ring-pull, alu-plastic or stopper, with liner options and shrink capsule pairing if needed. A pre-production sample seals the agreement.

Logo Design as Requested

Send your logo in AI/PDF vector format with Pantone color codes. Our designers prepare artwork for offset printing, hot stamping or embossing, and confirm the rendering with you before production.

Printing & Production

Offset/UV printing, hot-foil stamping and embossing are done in-house, followed by cap forming and assembly. Inline automatic inspection machines check printing quality and dimensions batch by batch.

Production Complete & Delivery

Finished caps are packed in export cartons and shipped from Yantai near Qingdao Port. Sea, rail and air freight options; documents and test reports are provided with each shipment.
